PESQUISA SOBRE A IMPLANTAÇÃO DE COWORKING EM APOIO AO TELETRABALHO DESENVOLVIDO PELOS SERVIDORES TÉCNICOS ADMINISTRATIVOS EDUCACIONAIS (TAE’s) DA REITORIA DO IFAM

Trata-se da pesquisa de viabilidade da implantação de diretrizes para a criação de coworking’s no IFAM, visando fornecer aos servidores Técnicos Administrativos Educacionais (TAE’s) melhores condições de trabalho, de modo que eles possam ter apoio técnico administrativo o mais próximo possível de suas moradias, quando estes estão trabalhando na modalidade de teletrabalho. Assim, o objetivo geral é o da criação e submissão de proposta de diretrizes para o estabelecimento de uma coworking piloto, para apoio ao trabalho dos TAE’s da Reitoria do IFAM. A realidade investigada é a dos TAE’s, que fazem parte do Programa de Gestão de Demandas (PGD) da Reitoria, na modalidade de teletrabalho. Os resultados da pesquisa têm por meta subsidiar a justificativa para a implantação de coworking em apoio aos servidores TAE’s participantes do PGD, da Reitoria. A contribuição pretendida é de melhorar as condições de trabalho do servidor ao possibilitar a normatização da implantação de coworking’s no IFAM, projeto que já está em andamento por outros órgãos públicos, dentre eles a Controladoria Geral da União e o Ministério da Economia.

It is about the feasibility research of implementing guidelines for the creation of coworking's at IFAM, aiming to provide Educational Administrative Technicians (TAE's) with better working conditions, so that they can have administrative technical support as close as possible to their homes, when they are working in telework mode. Thus, the general objective is to create and submit a proposal for guidelines for the establishment of a pilot coworking, to support the work of the TAE's of the IFAM Rectory. The reality's investigated is that of the TAEs, which are part of the Rectory's Demand Management Program (PGD), in the form of telework. The research results aim to subsidize the justification for the implementation of coworking in support of TAE's servers participating in the PGD, from the Rectory. The intended contribution is to improve the working conditions of the server by making it possible to standardize the implementation of coworking's at IFAM, a project that is already underway by other public bodies, including the Comptroller General of the Union and the Ministry of Economy.
