Reumo
O presente trabalho teve como objetivo geral compreender como a economia compartilhada afeta as relações de trabalho no mercado de aplicativos de mobilidade urbana no período de 2016 até 2020 durante a pandemia da COVID-19. Foi uma pesquisa exploratória e o instrumento para coleta de dados foi o questionário distribuído digitalmente. As respostas alcançadas foram tabuladas e posteriormente gerados os gráficos para facilitar o entendimento dos resultados. Após a identificação das variáveis foi possível identificar se a economia compartilhada afeta as relações de trabalho no mercado de aplicativos de mobilidade urbana. Por fim foi feita a análise descritiva dos dados obtidos. Com o propósito de contribuir e provocar a elaboração de políticas e práticas trabalhistas para os usuários prestadores de serviços, sem desacelerar os avanços econômicos. Tendo em vista o progresso da tecnologia e as mudanças que o cenário vem provocando, as relações de trabalho têm sido afetadas e, por vezes, somente o empregador na economia compartilhada é favorecido. Com o surgimento da inovação no setor de transporte urbano, surgiram várias discussões sobre as relações de trabalho, apresentadas no texto e com a possibilidade de que alguns setores da economia extinguissem o intermediador da relação empregado-empregador para algumas atividades comerciais.
Abstract
The present work aimed to understand how the shared economy affects labor relations in the urban mobility application market in the period from 2016 to 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was an exploratory research and the instrument for data collection was the digitally distributed questionnaire. The responses achieved were tabulated and graphs were subsequently generated to facilitate understanding of the results. After identifying the variables, it was possible to identify whether the shared economy affects labor relations in the urban mobility application market. Finally, a descriptive analysis of the data obtained was performed. With the purpose of contributing and promoting the elaboration of labor policies and practices for service providers users, without slowing down economic progress. Given the progress of technology and the changes that the scenario is causing, labor relations have been affected and, sometimes, only the employer in the shared economy is favored. With the emergence of innovation in the urban transport sector, there were several discussions about labor relations, presented in the text and with the possibility that some sectors of the economy extinguished the intermediary of the employee-employer relationship for some commercial activities.
