Reumo
O Objetivo desta pesquisa foi investigar, analisar e descrever a representação de trabalho decente que o trabalhador das plataformas digitais tem quanto ao trabalho que se dedica. Para alcançar este objetivo, a pesquisa buscou refletir sobre a evolução da precarização do trabalho desde a pandemia do COVID 19, que atingiu o mundo impondo novos meios de trabalho e medidas de controle da doença, que fomentaram a precarização das relações de trabalho. Precarização do trabalho e trabalho decente, são conceitos que fundamentaram esta pesquisa, que tem como principal objeto de estudo os trabalhadores em plataformas digitais. Assim foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo, exploratório e descritiva por meio de um questionário online, com uma questão de evocações livres de palavras para analisar a representação que o trabalhador tem sobre o termo/conceito do Trabalho Decente Os resultados da pesquisa revelam que a representação de trabalho decente destes trabalhadores participantes da pesquisa correlaciona-se com as dimensões propostas pela OIT e pela comunidade cientifica internacional. Do mesmo modo revelam dados interessantes sobre como tais trabalhadores avaliam a decência do seu próprio trabalho.
Abstract
