SUSTAPP: ESG E A INOVAÇÃO TECNOLÓGIA DE CONTROLE PARA MICRO E PEQUENA EMPRESA.

Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar uma proposta teórica e metodológica para o desenvolvimento do SustApp, um aplicativo voltado ao diagnóstico e incentivo à adoção de práticas ESG (Ambiental, Social e Governança) em micro e pequenas empresas (MPEs). A pesquisa justifica-se pela crescente relevância dos critérios ESG no ambiente empresarial e pela ausência de ferramentas acessíveis que atendam às especificidades das MPEs, especialmente no Brasil. A metodologia adotada foi uma pesquisa aplicada, com abordagem quantitativa e objetivos descritivos, baseada em dados secundários e no cálculo do Retorno sobre o Investimento (ROI), a fim de avaliar a viabilidade do projeto. A análise de mercado revelou um público potencial expressivo no Estado de São Paulo, e o estudo evidenciou que, apesar de muitas MPEs já realizarem ações relacionadas ao ESG, a maioria ainda não possui conhecimento estruturado sobre o tema. A proposta do SustApp visa preencher essa lacuna, oferecendo uma solução tecnológica inovadora e estratégica, de baixo preço, capaz de viabilizar diagnósticos ESG personalizados e fomentar a sustentabilidade empresarial de forma mensurável. Conclui-se que a iniciativa possui alto potencial de impacto positivo, tanto econômico quanto ambiental e social, ao democratizar o acesso a práticas sustentáveis por meio da tecnologia.

This paper aims to present a theoretical and methodological proposal for the development of SustApp, an application focused at diagnosing and encouraging the adoption of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) practices in micro and small enterprises (MSEs). The research is justified by the growing relevance of ESG criteria in the business environment and the lack of accessible tools that meet the specific needs of MSEs, especially in Brazil. The methodology adopted was applied research, with a quantitative approach and descriptive objectives, based on secondary data and the calculation of Return on Investment (ROI), in order to assess the viability of the project. The market analysis revealed a significant potential audience in the State of São Paulo, and the study showed that, although many MSEs already carry out actions related to ESG, most still do not have structured knowledge on the subject. SustApp's proposal aims to fill this gap by offering an innovative and strategic technological solution, at a low price, capable of enabling personalized ESG diagnostics and fostering corporate sustainability in a measurable way. It’s concluded that the initiative has a high potential for positive impact, both economic and environmental and social, by democratizing access to sustainable practices through technology.
