Reumo
O presente relato técnico se propõe a identificar soluções diante das limitações tecnológicas com o covid-19 no contexto da análise do Programa ALI. O Covid-19 foi um processo que retrocedeu aspectos de socialização presencial impactando em maior integração digital, isto tudo inserido diante de uma crise sanitária e humana que assolou o mundo, e mais especificamente o Brasil, com o lockdown a partir de 17 de março de 2020. O presente trabalho acompanha as ações realizadas para garantir a efetividade do programa que contou com análise da edição 2021-2022 realizada no Ceará com o uso da prototipação de soluções que envolvem gamificação e gestão visual para evitar evasão e aumentar engajamento das partes, sendo que os resultados alcançados comprovam a validade das soluções propostas e apresenta contribuições úteis mesmo após o lockdown para aumentar a efetividades das equipes, seja no no programa citado ou em outras organizações.
Abstract
This technical report aims to identify solutions in the face of technological limitations with covid-19 in the context of the analysis of the ALI Program. Covid-19 was a process that reversed aspects of face-to-face socialization, impacting on greater digital integration, all of this in the face of a health and human crisis that devastated the world, and more specifically Brazil, with the lockdown from March 17, 2020. This work follows the actions taken to ensure the effectiveness of the program, which included an analysis of the 2021-2022 edition held in Ceará with the use of prototyping solutions that involve gamification and visual management to avoid evasion and increase engagement of the parties, being that the results achieved prove the validity of the proposed solutions and present useful contributions even after the lockdown to increase the effectiveness of the teams, whether in the aforementioned program or in other organizations.
