Reumo
O objetivo do presente trabalho foi identificar traços de isomorfismo nos sites das empresas de logistica na cidade de Uberlândia através de uma pesquisa qualitativa usando análise de conteúdo. A pesquisa mostrou a presença frequente de alguns dos atributos de logística indicados pela literatura, mostrando traços de isomorfismo institucional, mas como contribuição maior trouxe também a presença de novos atributos a serem incluídos quando se fala em logística, visto já serem amplamente utilizados pelas empresas do setor, com presença de isomorfismo mimético: segurança e tecnologia.
Abstract
The objective of this work was to identify traces of isomorphism on the websites of logistics companies in the city of Uberlândia through qualitative research using content analysis. The research showed the frequent presence of some of the logistics attributes indicated by the literature, showing traces of institutional isomorphism, but as a greater contribution it also brought the presence of new attributes to be included when talking about logistics, as they are already widely used by companies in the sector, with the presence of mimetic isomorphism: security and technology
