Reumo
Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar os relatórios de sustentabilidade das empresas do setor aéreo brasileiro sob a perspectiva do isomorfismo institucional. Utilizando critérios da Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), a pesquisa identifica a presença de isomorfismo nas práticas sustentáveis das empresas AZUL®, GOL® e LATAM®. O estudo adota uma abordagem qualitativa, analisando os relatórios de sustentabilidade das três maiores empresas do setor em 2023 através da técnica de análise de conteúdo. Os resultados mostram similaridade nas ações relacionadas à saúde e segurança, diversidade, combate à corrupção e gestão ambiental, sugerindo que as empresas buscam atender às exigências regulatórias e legitimar suas operações. Sugere-se a análise de outros setores e de abordagens não isomórficas em pesquisas futuras.
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the sustainability reports of companies in the brazilian aviation sector from the perspective of institutional isomorphism. Using criteria from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the research identifies the presence of isomorphism in the sustainable practices of AZUL®, GOL®, and LATAM®. The study adopts a qualitative approach, analyzing the sustainability reports of the three largest companies in the sector in 2023 through content analysis. The results show similarity in actions related to health and safety, diversity, anti-corruption, and environmental management, suggesting that companies seek to meet regulatory requirements and legitimize their operations. It is suggested to analyze other sectors and non-isomorphic approaches in future research.
