Clusters marítimos são aglomerações industriais que guardam relação direta com o mar em suas atividades econômicas. Dado o recente aumento da literatura sobre estratégia e clusters marítimos, em especial sobre a característica de competitividade dos clusters, este estudo tem o objetivo de agrupar as características de competitividade presentes na literatura. Fez-se uma revisão sistemática da literatura de acordo com a lacuna de pesquisa identificada por Stravroulakis, Papadimitriou & Tsirikou(2021), que sugere mapear os fatores de competitividade dos clusters marítimos, agrupados pela classificação de Porter (2018). A pesquisa considerou o título, resumo e palavras-chave, para agrupar os fatores de competitividade, origem dos estudos, evolução e periódicos mais frequentes.Utilizou as bases Ebscohost, Web of Science e Scopus. Como resultados verifica-se que apesar da distinção teórica entre cluster portuário e cluster marítimo, os Portos são a principal Unidade de investigação dos clusters marítimos, em todos os fatores de competitividade, contribuindo para a literatura reduzindo a relevância, quanto à produção científica, entre as expressões. Há uma predominância nas publicações sobre fatores macroeconômicos e percebe-se um aumento no número de publicações com o tema ao longo do tempo investigado, sendo a principal origem das publicações asiática, com pouca produção acadêmica da América Latina.
Abstract
Maritime clusters are industrial agglomerations that have a direct relationship with the sea in their economic activities. Given the recent increase in literature on strategy and maritime clusters, in particular on the competitiveness characteristic of clusters, this study aims to group the competitiveness characteristics present in the literature. A systematic review of the literature was carried out in accordance with the research gap identified by Stravroulakis, Papadimitriou & Tsirikou (2021), which suggests mapping the competitiveness factors of maritime clusters, grouped according to Porter's (2018) classification. The research considered the title, abstract and keywords, to group competitiveness factors, origin of studies, evolution and most frequent journals. It used the databases Ebscohost, Web of Science and Scopus. As a result, it appears that despite the theoretical distinction between port cluster and maritime cluster, Ports are the main research unit of maritime clusters, in all competitiveness factors, contributing to the literature by reducing the relevance, in terms of scientific production, among the expressions. There is a predominance of publications on macroeconomic factors and an increase in the number of publications on the topic over time investigated, with the main origin of publications being Asian, with little academic production from Latin America.
