Reumo
O objetivo principal deste trabalho é analisar os processos de desfazimento de bens móveis inservíveis no IFAM campus Parintins, por meio de levantamento dos conceitos, normas e regulamentações sobre a legislação ambiental, e descrevendo a atual situação dos processos de desfazimento no IFAM. A pesquisa se trata de um estudo de caso, operacionalizado em três vertentes: bibliográfica, documental e de campo, realizadas de forma integrada e complementar. A pesquisa bibliográfica permitiu ampliar o conhecimento sobre o tema, enquanto a pesquisa documental analisou registros e documentos relacionados aos processos de desfazimento de bens móveis inservíveis no IFAM. A pesquisa de campo envolveu entrevistas com os responsáveis pelo setor de patrimônio. Os resultados obtidos apontaram deficiências nos processos de gestão patrimonial, incluindo a ausência de iniciativas para descarte de bens inservíveis, corpo técnico sem capacitação adequada, sistema de controle ineficiente, falta de normativos internos, ausência de inventário completo e atualizado dos bens permanentes. Evidencia-se a necessidade de melhorias na gestão patrimonial da instituição, recomendando práticas mais eficientes, capacitação dos profissionais e estabelecimento de normas claras para garantir uma gestão mais eficaz. Recomenda-se a utilização do sistema informatizado do Governo Federal (SIADS) e do sistema de doação para melhorar a gestão patrimonial.
Abstract
The main objective of this work is to analyze the processes of disposal of unusable movable assets at IFAM campus Parintins, by surveying the concepts, standards and regulations on environmental legislation, and describing the current situation of disposal processes at IFAM. The research is a case study, operationalized in three aspects: bibliographic, documentary and field, carried out in an integrated and complementary way. The bibliographical research allowed expanding knowledge on the topic, while the documentary research analyzed records and documents related to the processes of disposing of movable assets unusable at IFAM. The field research involved interviews with those responsible for the heritage sector. The results obtained highlighted deficiencies in asset management processes, including the absence of initiatives to dispose of unusable assets, technical staff without adequate training, inefficient control system, lack of internal regulations, absence of a complete and updated inventory of permanent assets. The need for improvements in the institution's asset management is evident, recommending more efficient practices, training professionals and establishing clear standards to ensure more effective management. It is recommended to use the Federal Government's computerized system (SIADS) and the donation system to improve asset management.
