Reumo
O surgimento de startups no Brasil é um movimento que trouxe vida para a BHub, empresa que se posiciona nesse fornecendo serviços administrativos para outras startups.
Durante seus 2 anos de existência foi possível observar momentos-chave alinhados com o chamado "Lean Thinking", um modelo sócio-técnico que visa desenvolvimentos com o menor desperdício possível.
Foi identificado o uso de práticas de "Lean Startup" mais voltada para modelagem do negócio, como a criação de hipóteses de valor e crescimento, desenvolvimento de "Minimum Value Proposition", uso de "pivôs"; e também de "Lean Manufacturing" e "Lean Product and Process Development" ("LPPD") como a existência de líderes-especialistas, salas centralizadoras de informação, documentos técnicos, mecanismos de nivelamento, antecipação de problemas e engenharia simultânea, visando equilibrar pilares como propósito, processos e pessoas.
Nesse relato foram analisadas barreiras dos desenvolvimentos, com análises de dispersões e movimentações, relacionamentos e comunicações entre times, processos e ferramentas, dentre outros riscos que podem trazer problemas futuros para a continuidade do crescimento da empresa. Essa lista de riscos gerou também recomendações para que a própria empresa e eventualmente outras empresas reflitam sobre oportunidades de melhoria em suas respectivas realidades caso vejam também vejam valor no uso de práticas do "Lean Thinking".
Abstract
The emergence of startups in Brazil is a movement that has brought life to BHub, a company that positions itself in this sector by providing administrative services to other startups.
During its 2 years of existence, it was possible to observe key moments aligned with the so-called "Lean Thinking", a socio-technical model that aims at developments with the least possible waste. The use of "Lean Startup" practices more focused on business modeling was identified, such as the creation of value and growth hypotheses, development of "Minimum Value Proposition", use of "pivots"; and also "Lean Manufacturing" and "Lean Product and Process Development" ("LPPD") such as the existence of expert leaders, centralizing rooms for information, technical documents, leveling mechanisms, anticipation of problems and simultaneous engineering.
In this report, development barriers were analyzed, with analysis of dispersions and movements, relationships and communications between teams, processes and tools, among other risks that may bring future problems for the continuity of the company's growth. This list of risks has generated recommendations for the company itself and eventually other companies to reflect on opportunities for improvement in their respective realities if they also see value in the use of "Lean Thinking" practices.
